Having a specific number of customers, they deal directly with other businesses selling items at a discounted price.
Their product portfolio includes items like Rug and Flooring, Fire and BBQ, Home and Living, Furniture, Toys, Outdoor, as well as Packaging.
Company data is likely to be 61% in the United Kingdom and 39% in Germany.
Their biggest competitors are considered to be Bonningtons.
RLTSquare had the privilege to work with our Easy Shop as they were facing some issues on their e-commerce website.
And here, RLTSquare, we never back down from the challenges.
Easy Shop reported that if you are a guest user, then you cannot use the feature “Add to Cart” on any item.
Hence, a guest user wasn’t able to place an order or even scroll down the page to compare different prices of different products.
To do add a product on your cart or see the prices, you will need to become a registered user.
To top it off, Easy Shop reported another issue faced by their customers.
Which was if you wanted to purchase something from Easy Shop, first, you need to sign up using the customer registration form.
This seems pretty normal with online shopping, right?
The issue was the even if you filled the customer registration form, you were not allowed to shop instantly.
Once, a customer decided to visit Easy Shop’s website and after scrolling through the website, decided to purchase something from there, he would have to fill a customer form.
After submitting the customer form, the request would be forward to the administrator and it was his/her decision to either accept it or reject it.
All of this, seems pretty dragged, doesn’t it?
These long processes were taking hit on Easy Shop’s customer experiences.
So, they decided to contact our agency to remove possible bugs and errors.
Apart from all of this, they wanted to migrate their old, but working Magento 1 website to Magento 2’s platform with additional features to have a competitive advantage in the online world.
With a proactive attitude and a positive thought in mind, RLTSquare began to work according to the client’s requirement. Below is the list of features which RLTSquare added:
1. Quick Order:
Order items quickly by adding SKU in an input box or by importing the SKU’s with quantities by a CSV file.
2. Date Filter in Order History:
As the retail customers place multiple orders daily, so they need a filter to search their order history easily.
3. Store Credit:
It’s probable that sometimes some customers will order the products; on credit, and then pay after someday. So, they need a credit module that assigns specific customer credit to approved customers for credit. Also, the administrator assigns the number of Days to Return Payment. If the amount is not paid within this duration, then the customer will not be able to place any further orders until the customer clears the previous amount. Another thing which we added was that a complete history is now maintained of order on credit.
4. Stock Feed:
It will send stock information of products to the customers who have subscribed to this feature with daily or weekly frequency, according to individual requirements.
5. Product Data Download:
Access to complete or selected product data with images to the customers. Customers can download all or select images with high- or low-resolution option. The same is the case for product details CSV.
6. Shopping List:
Customers can create, add, or remove the shopping list. Customers can create a shopping list for items that customer buys repeatedly or collectively. A shopping list can be added to the cart directly. It will include all the list items to the cart and customers don’t really need to go through each product to add in the cart.
7. Stock Availability:
Customers can see stats of available and unavailable products in the customer dashboard with the arrival date or out of stock items.
8. Stock Due:
Products that were soon going out-of-stock, Stock Due feature will be showing a stock due date or the next arrival date when this product will be coming back to the stock, instead of showing out-of-stock.
9. Price Per Customer:
Easy Shop wanted to offer different prices for different customers. Hence, we added the Price Per Customer feature. Now it can set specific prices of specific products or categories to different customers.
