We faced a number of challenges while migrating to Magento 2 Enterprise edition like Magento Database upgrade issues. We were not able to upgrade Database by using the conventional method which is by using the composer. In order to upgrade the database we had to setup upgrade. There were a number of specific features which were working on the Community version but were not working on the Enterprise edition such as the Special Price feature. Category menu was not showing up with Varnish enabled and Migration of orders from previous website to new website after launch. These were some of the challenges we had to go through in order to migrate to the Enterprise edition.
